Customers who make a purchase from MAT EXAKTA SL accept these terms and conditions of sale in their entirety.
All individuals of legal age with sufficient capacity to enter into contracts may access our services, promotions and make purchases.
The information provided by the Customer when registering must be accurate and complete. MAT EXAKTA SL reserves the right to refuse or cancel the registration of any Customer who fails to comply with these requirements.
MAT EXAKTA SL endeavours to display and describe its products as accurately as possible.
In some cases, the packaging of the item you receive may not match that shown in the product description. As there may be production runs with different packaging, MAT EXAKTA SL does not undertake to deliver the specific item photographed.
There may be slight variations in colour and other characteristics of the products due to image digitisation, display technologies or other technical reasons. MAT EXAKTA SL shall not be liable for these variations and deviations.
If there is an error or omission in the presentation and it is not attributable to the responsibility and/or will of MAT EXAKTA SL, the latter may decline any claim.
MAT EXAKTA SL reserves the right to decide at any time which products and services are offered to users through the portal. Likewise, MAT EXAKTA SL reserves the right to stop providing access, at any time and without prior notice, to any of the products and/or services shown on the portal.
The prices of all products offered in our MAT EXAKTA SL online shop are always in euros and include VAT and other applicable taxes (WEEE). Prices are only valid in our online shop and may differ from those in our physical shops.
The prices of items may vary at any time without prior notice to the customer (changes in supplier rates, offers or any other). In the event of any serious error (problems with prices in the database, etc.) in relation to prices, the customer will be duly informed of this circumstance and offered the option of continuing with the order or cancelling it.
If there is an error in any of the prices, stock or products displayed and a user makes a purchase decision based on that error, MAT EXAKTA SL will inform the customer of the situation and, if no agreement is reached, reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount.
If you believe that your rights have been disregarded, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency via www.agpd.es.

If MAT EXAKTA SL offers a reservation option, you can reserve items that are not yet available. You must purchase the item using the usual procedure and take note of the availability date.
The order will only be shipped once the reserved item is available. If the order contains both in-stock and reserved items, it will only be shipped once all items are available.
You will be able to identify an item that can be reserved because a message will appear on the product page informing you of this possibility.
The return period for orders containing reserved items will begin on the day the order is received.

Durable goods have a 3-year warranty from the date of delivery for products purchased from 2022 onwards. For products purchased before 2022, the warranty will remain 2 years.
Defects caused by negligence, knocks, misuse or tampering, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation not carried out by an authorised Technical Service where applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear through normal use are not covered.
In incidents that justify the use of the warranty, the option of repair, replacement of the item, discount or refund will be chosen, in accordance with the legally established terms.
In accordance with current regulations agreed upon in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, the Customer has a period of 14 calendar days to exercise their right to withdraw from the purchase made through the website www.matexakta.es. The period shall be calculated from the receipt of the purchased product or from the conclusion of the contract in the case of the provision of services, except in cases where the product has been tampered with or damaged and is not delivered in the conditions stipulated for this purpose. To do so, you must contact the Customer Service Department by sending an email to the following address info@matexakta.es explaining your situation.
MAT EXAKTA SL will refund the order using the same method used to make the purchase, within a period of no more than 14 calendar days, provided that the product is in perfect condition, with all its components, accessories, manuals and original packaging.
La devolución incluirá el importe de la compra y, los posibles gastos de entrega que haya abonado el Cliente en el proceso de compra. No obstante, si el Cliente hubiera seleccionado una modalidad de entrega diferente a la ofrecida de forma ordinaria por la entrega del producto, MAT EXAKTA SL no reembolsará los costes adicionales que de ello se deriven.
El Cliente correrá con los gastos de devolución del producto, de acuerdo con lo previsto en el artículo 108 del Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, de 16 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley General para la Defensa de los Consumidores y Usuarios y otras leyes complementarias.
El reembolso se realizará antes de que hayan transcurrido 14 días naturales desde la fecha en que haya sido informado de la decisión de desistimiento del contrato por el Cliente. Hasta que no hayamos recibido los bienes podremos retener el reembolso.
El Cliente deberá devolver el producto dentro de los 14 días siguientes a su entrega, en perfectas condiciones, con todos sus componentes, accesorios, manuales y en sus embalajes originales
El Cliente responderá de las disminuciones de valor del producto devuelto con desperfectos o manipulaciones distintas a la naturaleza del mismo o uso pactado.

Return of products with gifts or promotions. A complete return (complete pack or item + gift) will be required in order to proceed with the refund. In the case of products that include game download codes, it will be necessary not to have downloaded the game in order to proceed with the full refund. If the game has been downloaded, the cost of the game will be deducted from the total amount to be refunded.
Under no circumstances will it be possible to return unsealed products that can be immediately reproduced or copied, as well as those intended for personal hygiene or which, due to their nature, cannot be returned.

MAT EXAKTA SL undertakes to deliver your order to the selected transport company as soon as possible. However, MAT EXAKTA SL shall not be liable for: damage resulting from poor transport, particularly for reasons such as industrial action, traffic congestion and, in general, any other reason typical of the sector that results in delays, loss or theft of the chosen product. Nor for technical failures which, due to accidental or any other causes, may prevent the normal functioning of the service via the internet. Nor for the unavailability of the site due to maintenance or other reasons that prevent the user from accessing the service.
MAT EXAKTA SL will use all available means to provide the selection, payment and delivery process for the desired product. MAT EXAKTA SL declines any responsibility for causes attributable to third parties, fortuitous circumstances and situations of force majeure.
