The Company, advocating for new communication channels on social media as one of the most direct ways for our users to participate, has drawn up this Social Media Use Policy to ensure that communications are productive and consistent with our mission and commitment to them. As such, this policy will apply to the content, comments and data collected or provided on the Company's official pages and on the social media platforms on which it is present.

However, and regardless of the foregoing, it should be borne in mind that, as a direct user of the specific social network, you are subject to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use established by them, and it is therefore advisable that you check the information contained in these policies and terms, as well as the privacy settings of the accounts you have created.

1. How your data is collected and obtained?

The Company may have access to the data of users who join or use its official pages or profiles. If advertising campaigns are carried out in which the user participates, the Company may access their data for the purpose of managing the services offered and/or informing them about the advertising displayed.

If the user accesses our official profiles or pages, they should bear in mind that the Company may have access to the data they have published or made visible on their profile, as well as any other data that may be shared under the policies of the social media platforms themselves.

The Company, as Data Controller, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on Data Protection and Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on Data Protection and Guarantees of Digital Rights, has implemented the technical and organisational measures necessary to ensure the confidentiality of user data. The aim is to prevent any type of loss, alteration, disclosure or unauthorised access that could lead to a security breach or violation.

In accordance with the provisions of applicable data protection regulations, the Company guarantees users the right to access their personal data, rectify it, delete it (right to be forgotten), limit its processing, oppose it, transfer it, not be subject to automated individual decisions, and revoke their consent. In addition, the data subject may contact the competent Data Protection Supervisory Authority to obtain further information or lodge a complaint.

If the user does not wish to use the services offered or promoted by the company in the future, nor receive advertising communications, they may unsubscribe through the mechanisms made available on the various pages, profiles and official websites, uninstall or unsubscribe from our official applications or groups, and configure their account privacy settings to prevent access to their information. Once the user has established this unsubscribe setting, the Company will not have access to their account information and their data will be deleted.

3. How is your information used?

In the event that the Company enables a platform for interaction or groups with followers on social media, it may share user information with other companies that are directly related and in cases where it is necessary to administer, manage and/or improve the services offered through our website or official platforms, subject to the signing of a contract that provides for security in relation to the processing of your data.

Similarly, the Company will only share your information upon legal request, to comply with the requirements of applicable regulations or if requested by the competent authorities.

4. Content and comments from followers and users

Below are some guidelines to encourage the proper use of communications and contributions that users may share on the website or official platforms, showing our appreciation for users' contributions, mentions, and/or responses.

• The Company will refrain from responding to any comments that involve the use of obscene language, personal attacks on other users, derogatory comments or issues that are not related to the Company or any of its products, as well as from acting in accordance with the provisions of the Legal Notice published on the website.
• The Company's website or official platforms include links to other websites managed by third parties, in order to facilitate user access to information from collaborating and/or sponsoring companies. Accordingly, the Company is not responsible for the content of such websites, nor does it act as a guarantor and/or provider of the services and/or information that may be offered through third-party links.
• The Company reserves all rights related to its official pages and platforms, including, but not limited to, the following actions: editing, modifying, adding, or deleting any content or comments that act against the uses and good faith of users. Similarly, the Company reserves the right to delete or reject any user accounts that publish content or comments that act against our Social Media policy and our Terms of Use published on the website.

5. Changes to the Social Media Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify this Social Media Policy at any time without prior notice. However, it will be located in a visible place, freely accessible for any queries you may wish to make.
